“Had a wonderful time exploring different parts of Turkey with Travelconnect for 10 days. Our guide from Singapore, Che Ta and Turkish guide, Mr Mustafa are experienced and knowledgeable guides who gave us the heads up of the programmes ahead of time so that we know what to expect. I love the Turkish food as it is healthy and delicious. There were a wide variety of dishes for us the try on. Travelconnect also adjusted the itinerary to suit more to our group’s needs on a daily basis. They also took our feedback seriously and try to make the experience a memorable one for us. We would like to share our personal review about our trip to Sapa Hanoi Vietnam From 13th to 17th July. We had a wonderful and memorable trip. Everything was very well organised and planned, and the itinerary was smooth from beginning to end. “Our Umrah journey with Travel Connect was truly a smooth and meaningful experience. From the very beginning, the pre-Umrah course conducted by Ustaz Nafis was compact, engaging, and very informative. What impressed us was that even my 72-year-old father and my 15-year-old son enjoyed the sessions and did not find them boring at all. The sharing was practical, easy to understand, and really helped us prepare for our journey. The entire Umrah trip was well-managed and smoothly organised, led by Ustaz Nursalam — a very calm, humble, and laid-back ustaz who is also highly knowledgeable and experienced. He shared many valuable insights and experiences with us throughout the trip. Together with Ustaz Kafi, a friendly and cheerful ustaz, both of them ensured that everyone’s ibadah was carried out properly and completed with ease. We truly appreciate how attentive both ustaz were towards all the jemaah. Despite being tired themselves, they were always checking on us, responding quickly to our questions, and making sure everyone was comfortable. They paid special attention to the elderly members of the group, especially those who needed assistance with wheelchairs, ensuring they were well taken care of. They also took into consideration the weather conditions and made adjustments when needed so that everyone could perform their ibadah comfortably. Their care, patience, and sincerity really made a difference throughout the journey. A special mention to Ustaz Nursalam as well for capturing beautiful photos and videos during our trip.
